Who am I

Hi, I’m Cailyn! I’m a UI/UX, Graphic, and web, and interior designer in Houston who is passionate about creating websites and logos that feel intuitive, natural, and reflective of a brand’s unique energy. My designs focus on usability, flow, and visual clarity, making it easy for both clients and their audiences to navigate and connect with the site. I believe great design should be accessible, purposeful, and enjoyable to use.

Professionally, I hold an Associate of Applied Science in Art and Design, an Occupational Certificate in Art and Design, and a Certificate in Technology Art and Design. Along with finishing up my Associate’s in Computer Science at San Jacinto College, and will be continuing my education in my Bachelors of Science in User Experience at ASU. These credentials, combined with hands-on experience in UI/UX, web design, and digital tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and WordPress, allow me to bring both creative vision and practical expertise to every project.

As of now I am currently an Interior Designer for West Elm, but am currently looking for more work as a graphic or web designer.

This is a personal website I created as a school project for my sister’s company. The project demonstrates my ability to design and develop a functional website that reflects a brand’s identity and goals. I am proficient in Dreamweaver, Figma, WordPress, and Squarespace, which allowed me to plan, design, and implement the site with both visual appeal and user-friendly functionality. This project highlights my skills in UI/UX design, web development, and responsive layouts, giving a clear example of what I can deliver for clients.

These are personal art pieces I’ve created in my own time to explore creativity and showcase my skills. I work digitally using Procreate and Photoshop, and I also create physical artwork through sketching, painting, and other traditional techniques. This collection reflects not only my technical abilities but also my artistic style and creative versatility.
